To celebrate both Teacher Appreciation Week and National Nurses Week, North Point Cafe is offering each teacher and nurse a free cup of coffee with
each meal purchased.
DENTON - Whether it's teaching students to read or saving lives, teachers and nurses play important roles. In celebration of both Teacher Appreciation Week from May 6 to May 10 and National Nurses Week from May 6 to May 12, North Point Cafe in Denton will offer each teacher, professor, nurse and nurse practitioner a cup of coffee at no charge with each meal purchased. Identification or other proof of profession is required.
To give teachers equal opportunities for free coffee, North Point will extend the teachers' deal through May 12.
"We appreciate all the work and hours you provide to others," Ali Kohandani, owner of North Point, said. "This is a small way we can give back to you."
North Point is at 2000 W. University Drive. It's open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
